📦 Orders & Shipping
When will my order arrive? Our products are made to order, which means processing usually takes 2–5 business days. Shipping times depend on your location:
Europe: 5–10 business days
US & Canada: 7–14 business days
Other regions: 10–21 business days
Can I track my order? Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
👕 Products & Sizing
Are your items true to size? Yes — but we always recommend checking our [Size Guide] to be sure. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort.
Do you restock sold-out items? Some of our drops are limited edition. If it’s gone, it might be gone forever. 😢 But feel free to reach out — we’re always open to bringing back fan favorites.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my order? If something’s off, we’ve got you. You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Custom items (e.g., personalized designs) are non-returnable.
