AnimeXMerch is an anime reference site. We write explainers, rankings, and watch guides for people who have a specific question about a series and want a straight answer rather than a plot summary.
What we cover
Most of the site is built around Naruto, Boruto, Demon Slayer, Dragon Ball, and One Piece, with wider anime and manga coverage in our ranked lists. Individual posts fall into a few consistent types: character explainers, power comparisons, watch order and filler guides, endings and plot twists, and collecting guides for cards and figures.
How we write
Three rules shape everything published here.
Answer first. If a page asks a question in its title, the answer appears in the opening lines, not after eight hundred words of setup. You should be able to leave satisfied after one paragraph.
Say what is actually confirmed. Anime fandom runs on a great deal of confidently repeated misinformation. Where the source material is explicit, we say so. Where a detail is contested between the manga and the anime, or between arcs, we say that instead of picking whichever version makes a cleaner sentence. Where something is genuinely unknown, we write that it is unknown.
Separate canon from adaptation. Manga, anime, films, light novels, and games frequently disagree. Pages that depend on the distinction state which source they are drawing from.
Corrections
Ongoing series change the facts underneath a published page. Posts covering active manga carry a note about how current they are, and we revisit them as the story moves.

Editorial independence
Nothing on this site is sponsored. No series, publisher, or retailer pays for coverage or placement, and rankings reflect our own reading rather than any commercial arrangement. Where a page discusses buying something, such as trading cards or figures, the advice is written to be useful to the buyer, including when that means telling you something is not worth the money.
